The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation is organising the second edition of its relay race, The Crossing: Calvi – Monaco Water Bike Challenge, which will take place on the 6th and the 7th of September 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This charity sports challenge aims to reach Calvi in Monaco in a minimum time by water bike. Beyond the sporting performance, this event will raise awareness of drowning prevention and water safety and raise funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 6th, the 5 teams will start from the port of Calvi for a race in less than 24 hours. The 4 athletes of each team take turns at sea over 180 kilometres. The conditions of the crossing are various: wind, swell, fog, night, sun, rain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
