The Crossing – Arrival in Monaco

TT. SS. HH. Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène attended this afternoon the arrival of “Together Crossing for the Pelagos”, the water bike race organized by the Princess Charlene Foundation of Monaco.

Set off from Viareggio, in Italy, the seven teams entered took on an exceptional challenge: covering 225 kilometres across the Mediterranean in 24 hours of uninterrupted relays in the open sea.

Team Lionheart (Gustav Larsson, Veronika Larsson, Jeremy Josserand and Alex Bennett) wins this third edition by setting a new record: 1 day and 8 minutes.
