The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and the Monaco Society for the Protection of Animals support horses and the men and women of the racing world
In the presence of Mr. Gareth Wittstock, Secretary General of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, Mr. François Forcioli-Conti, President of the Cagnes-sur-Mer racecourse, and Mr. Bruno Valentin, as well as representatives of the beneficiary associations, a total donation of €5,000 was presented, divided equally between AFASEC and Cœur de Course.
These two organizations each work in their own way:
AFASEC supports jockeys and stable staff with training, housing, healthcare, and career transition.
Cœur de Course offers horses a second life after their sporting careers, with attentive care and a suitable environment.
Through this gesture, the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and the Monaco S.P.A. reaffirm an essential commitment: to look after racehorses and the women and men who devote their lives to them, even after competition. Horses give their all on the track, surrounded by jockeys, lads, trainers, and stable staff. But when the race is over, everyone
