Sainte Dévote Rugby Tournament

Depuis 2009

The Sainte Dévote Rugby Tournament is a sporting event like no other in the Principality, organised by the Monegasque Rugby Federation in partnership with the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation. The tournament invites U-12 rugby 7s teams from around the world to participate in a full day of competition and activities.

The Sainte Dévote Tournament was born in 2009 following an exchange between the Monegasque Rugby Federation and the Rugby Club Lucciana, in Corsica. The tournament has evolved year after year to become a benchmark in rugby 7s and promote rugby values such as discipline, tolerance, and respect.

The international competition sees young players under the age of 12 compete against each other and allows these children to make unforgettable acquaintances during their stay.

Next to the competition, the Rugby for all offers courses adapted to children and young adults with disabilities, and the Rugby Tots offers intiations to the practice of rugby for very young children.
